For us running has become a way of living and improved our quality
of life. Sometimes it’s tough. Sometimes it may even hurt; however
running brings us enormous pleasure and satisfaction of
achievement!! As amateur runners we want to share this as
inspiration, and also obtain feedback from our bloggers, helping us
improve altogether.
To launch our new running blog, I would like to explain why we run.
First reason to mind is definitely to keep fit or even get fitter for those
of us that have not been regular fitness freaks.
Second reason – it brings joy. It’s wonderful how you don’t mind
waking up in the mornings, especially on weekends, minding the
prevailing weather conditions, just to enjoy a good, long run.
Once you find yourself getting better, the idea of running to break
your own personal best time starts setting in. Workouts during the
week then become enjoyably tiring – and before you know it you are
not running to get fit but getting fit to improve your running!!!!
Others, run to lose weight – any exercise is good exercise, but when it
comes to losing weight, it’s hard to beat running. After all, running is
one of the most efficient ways to burn calories.
All these factors, together with the fact that it helps our piece of mind,
contribute as to why WE DEFINETLY LOVE TO RUN.
Great post! Made me smile. Running saved my sanity in difficult times. Now it’s my meditation… I always feels better after a run. I run because I can and I always have gratitude for that.
