A lot has been said about the unhealthy side of chocolate spreads. They have a lot of sugar, palm oil, artificial flavoring and unfortunately very little walnuts.
Luckily, Touma Bayoumi (coach) has a super recipe for 100% healthy – power – chocolate spread with just 3 ingredients…..
Coconut sugar, coconut or fresh milk and cocoa.
Use the same quantity for all 3 ingredients and mix well together….. that’s it!!! If you like your spread less thick then just add more milk.
You will not believe the taste…. No difference and HEALTHY!!!!
tip: For Chico-banana flavor beat a banana in the blender with the coconut milk and mix together with the cocoa and sugar.
