We sometimes exercise because somehow exhausting ourselves is the most relaxing part of the day … however there should be some days whereby you just RELAX……..ENJOY………UNWIND. No running  yesterday as it was also a public holiday in Greece………. just ……….at the beach and REJUVENATING  with a lime, ginger, mineral water, stevia and spearmint refreshment!!

Guys ……recommended!!!!!

so for today we will just breathe
