our program for today
05:30 alarm
05:40 breakfast – 2 slices of bread with 2 tablespoons of super energizing pre-run peanut butter spread snack/ (see our run story of June 15) for those that haven’t put it in your daily diet yet!!!
6:30 time for our run……… day 2 of yesterday’s training plan done 1hr and 05 mins later!!
10:30 one granola bar
13:00 a poor lunch at the office…….. to consist of yoghurt, fresh fruits, topped with honey and walnuts
16:00 definitely need a dose of chocolate ………. Sadly only dark choc!!!
19:00 dinner …. A huge summer salad and a juicy steak……….slightly rare!!
Then as commonly said…..e a r l y to bed ……… e a r l y to rise ……
P.S. don’t forget to drink at least 2-3 ltrs of water
today is Friday and weekends=Long Run Days!!
