This is a great super snack before a run (on bread if you want), or straight from the jar!!!
4 tbsps peanut butter
2 tbsps good honey
Big handful of walnuts and raisins
Linseed
1 tsp cocoa powder (optional)
Great for the mind and body ………..think fast………… run faster
